Cletis Mabry

Cletis V. Mabry, 95, of Mansfield, died Sunday, April 8, 2007 at Crystal Care Center in Mansfield. Born February 16, 1912 in Rowan County, Kentucky, he was the son of Robert and Annie Tylee Mabry. He retired from Artisian Industries as a truck driver. Mr. Mabry attended the Wyandotte Free Will Baptist Church. He enjoyed fox hunting.

He is survived by three sons, Jay, Robert, and Eugene Mabry, all of Mansfield; five daughters, Betty Turner of Lexington, Kentucky, June McDaniel of Elliot County, Kentucky, Gay Newman of Upper Sandusky; Rose Bender of Mansfield, and Tobie McDonald of Kingston, Tennessee; 30 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and one brother, Ivan Mabry of Irvin, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Tennie Goodan Mabry; daughter, Garlene Kiser; one brother; and two sisters.

Friends may call from 10 to 12 pm Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors and 7 to 9 pm at the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home in Morehead, Kentucky. Graveside services will be held at 10 am Wednesday in McDaniel Cemetery in Elliot County, Kentucky.
