David Bess

David Thomas Bess, 34, of Ashland, died Tuesday June 3, 2003 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Mr. Bess was born February 17, 1969 in Steubenville, Ohio residing in the Ashland area most of his life. He was employed with Liqui-Box and a 1988 Ashland High School graduate. David enjoyed the out doors.

Surviving are one daughter, Kaley Bess; his parents, William Sr. and JoAnn Bess; paternal grandfather, Russell T. Bess all of Ashland; two brothers and one sister-in-law, John and Brenda of Howard, Ohio; and William Jr. Bess of Ashland; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Pat Bess and her companion, Jon Gongwer of Ashland; and Michelle and Victor Barnett of Mansfield; eleven nieces and nephews and six great-nieces and nephews; and special friends, Barbara and Jeff Atterholt; Matt Pangrac; Michelle Somerlade; and Matt and Melanic Bowling. He was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Shoenberger and one nephew, Thomas 'Boog' Bess.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
