Debbie J. Dickson, 58, of Mansfield, passed away Saturday afternoon, November 8, 2014 in Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born December 15, 1955 in Mansfield, Ohio, was a lifelong area resident and graduated from Mansfield Senior High school in 1974. Debbie had a love of horses and horseback riding was her favorite pastime. She also enjoyed sewing.
She is survived by her mother, Louise Mairs Dickson of Mansfield; daughter, Amy Ward (Sam) Love of Albany, OH; grandchildren, Adrian, Samantha and Solomon Love; brother, Michael (Lynnea) Dickson of New York; niece, Sarah Dickson; nephew, Michael Dickson; and special friend, Rob Taylor.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harold H. Dickson and son, Quinton "Scooter" Ward.
A Gathering of family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2014 in the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield. A memorial service conducted by Pastor Willard Love will follow at 2:00 p.m.
