Donald Kuenzli, Jr

Donald Edward Kuenzli, Jr., 47, of Ontario died Friday, July 1, 2011 at MedCentral Mansfield. Born May 14, 1964 in San Pablo, CA, he was the son of Sandra Scudder and Donald E. Kuenzli, Sr. Donald graduated from Ontario High School in 1982 and served his country with the U.S. Marines. President of Central State Enterprises, Inc, Donald had a strong work ethic, and was a wonderful leader who always showed passion for his work. He was a Christian with a great faith in the Lord, traveling on mission trips to New Orleans and Cambodia. Donald also had a strong heart for orphans and unsaved souls. A Notre Dame fan, he took great pride in all of his children's events, especially coaching and playing soccer with them. Donald enjoyed date nights with his girls and also guy nights with his sons, and date nights with his wife. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, brother-in-law, and friend.

He is survived by his wife, Britta Linderaker Kuenzli of Ontario; children, Alex, Amanda, Hunter, and Hayden; parents, Don and Sandra Kuenzli of Ontario; brother, Kevin Kim Kuenzli and their children, Payton, Parker, and Cameron, all of Ontario; sister-in-law, Kirsten Dave Grossmayer and their son, David of Copley; father-in-law, Urban Linderaker of Copley; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Todd, sisters, Tracey and Shauna, and his grandparents, aunt, and mother-in-law.

Friends may call Tuesday, July 5, 2011 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Crossroads Community Church, 1188 Park Ave. West, Mansfield. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at the church conducted by Rev. Tim Armstrong. Military graveside services conducted by the Richland County Joint Veterans Burial Squad will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Soccer Kicks 4 Kids, a ministry started by oldest daughter, Alex, 3671 Alexander Dr., Ontario, OH 44903.
