Donald "Donnie" E. Victor, Jr., age 68, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2019, at Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He was born February 20, 1951, in Richmond, Virginia, to the late Donald Eugene and Grace (Taylor) Victor.
He was a veteran of the US Marine Corps from 1969-1971serving during the Vietnam War. Donnie retired from Ideal Electric. He enjoyed racing remote control cars, collecting guns, and fishing. He participated in several bass tournaments over the years and was always looking for the "big one" to get on his hook. He also collected vintage items of all varieties.
Donnie is survived by a sister, Helen Joanna Jones; two brothers, Daryl E. Victor and David E. Victor; two nieces; two nephews; special friend, Donna Parsons; and many treasured friends.He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Victor and Grace Crowder and his beloved dog, Rocket.
There will be no visitation or services observed. Wappner Cremation Center is privileged to serve the family.
