Donna J. Carver

Donna was a 1946 graduate of Mansfield Senior High School. She was a retired Lieutenant from the Richland County Sheriff's Department where she worked in the civil office. She was a member of the American Legion 16 Auxiliary, VFW Auxiliary on Grace Street and the Sons of Herman. She loved playing rummy, euchre, and bingo. She loved to take her chances and played the lottery often. Donna was a devoted wife, loving mother and doting grandmother.

Donna leaves behind her husband, David A. Carver; daughter, Sharon (Robert) Mahan; son, Les (Maureen) Carver; grandchildren, Charissa (Tony) Vance, Jeffrey Merle, Shawn (Jennifer) Carver, and Sara (Jay) Tonelli; nine great-grandchildren; five step grandchildren; eight step great-grandchildren; two step great-great grandchildren; and a special cousin, Johnny Little. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends and family may visit on Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street from 12:00-2:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 2:00 pm with Rev. Christopher Thomas officiating. Burial will take place at Mansfield Cemetery.
