She is survived by three sons, David E. Jacobs, Gaylen L. Jacobs and his fiancée, Denise Hagy, all of Mansfield, Henry A. and Melody Jacobs of North Carolina; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Clark of Somerset, Ohio; and nephew, Matt Moore of New Lexington, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Mike Jacobs.
Graveside services will be held at New Reading Cemetery in New Reading, Ohio, Saturday, April 17 at 11:00 a.m. There will be no calling hours observed. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
