Dr. Andrew F. 'Doc' Zoll, 89, of Bellville, died Saturday, July 15, 2006 at his home. Born August 20, 1916 in Mansfield, he was the son of Andrew J. and Christina Schoeller Zoll. He graduated from The Ohio State School of Dentistry and practiced dentistry in Mansfield for nearly 45 years, specializing in Prostodontics. Dr. Zoll served in the U.S. Army as a First Lieutenant overseas in WWII as a dentist.
He is survived by his four children, Andrew Allan Zoll, Annette Lynn Zoll, Timothy Lee Zoll, and Cynthia Christine McCready; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and his former wife, Hazel Zoll.
Dr. Zoll lived with and was cared for by his son, Andrew, and wife, Becky, for the last five years at 4716 Algire Rd., Bellville. Per his wishes there will be no services. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
