Elizabeth Greer

Elizabeth J. Greer, 81, of Powell, died Wednesday, October 1, 2008, at Wesley Glenn in Columbus, Ohio. Born November 10, 1926, in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Warren T. and Elizabeth Cody Wheelock. She retired from Mansfield General Hospital where she worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Mrs. Greer was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and she loved her church and the Gospel of her church. An artist, she loved painting and enjoyed writing and camping. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by all.

Surviving are her children, Linda Ron Curnutt of Enoch, Utah, Dan Greer of Galloway and Diana Nick Venetis of Powell; 15 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William W. Greer; her parents; and a sister, Doris Planhaber.

Friends may call from 11:00-12:30 Monday, October 6, 2008, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1951 Middle-Bellville Road, Mansfield.
