Elizabeth Hartley, 86, formerly of Mansfield, died at her home in Las Vegas, Nevada on Thursday June 13, 2002. Mrs. Hartley was born October 19, 1915 in Glouster, Ohio the daughter of the late Albert and Sophia Prichard Gardner. She resided in the Mansfield area most of life, most recently moving to Las Vegas, Nevada to live with her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and John Tackett.
Also surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Lawrence and Sandra Hartley of Greenville, Texas; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one brother, Milard Gardner of Glouster, Ohio. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil R. Hartley in 1991; and one brother and several sisters.
There will be no calling hours or funeral services held at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Graveside services will be held on Thursday June 20, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Memorial Park conducted by the Rev. Clifford E. Tackett.
