Elsie Leona Dorfman, 87 of Lexington died Saturday December 2, 2000 at her home following an extended illness. Mrs. Dorfman was born September 1, 1913 in Mansfield residing in the area most of her life. Elsie was a Pharmacist Apprentice at the Marion Avenue Drive-In Pharmacy.
Surviving are one daughter, June Boucher of Kalkaska, Michigan; one granddaughter, Sharon Urbin of Kalkaska, Michigan; three grandsons, Jeffrey Boucher of Detroit, Michigan; Tom Boucher of Louisville, Kentucky; and Steve Boucher of Kalkaska, Michigan; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl C. and Elizabeth Kuelling Huffman; and her husband, Charles Dorfman in 1995.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Thursday December 7, 2000 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday December 8, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home conducted by Rev. Christopher Thomas. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery.
