

Ethel D. Maynor, 67, of Mansfield, died July 6, 2004, at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. She went to be with Her Lord Jesus Christ Tuesday morning. She was born October 25, 1936, in Maple Fork, West Virginia to the late Robert and Glenna Barley. Ethel was a member of Cook Road Baptist Church and was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished spending time with her family.
She is survived by a loving and devoted husband of 49 years, Kelsey R. Maynor, Sr.; five sons and daughters-in-law, Kelsey R. and Pam Maynor, Jr. of Mansfield, Ronald and Bonnie Maynor of Columbus, Bruce and Kathy Maynor, Greg and Joyce Maynor, and Brian Maynor, all of Mansfield; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Larry Beard of Mansfield; fourteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Verona Barley and Ernest and Donna Barley of Mansfield and Johnny and Gloria Barley of Baltimore, Maryland; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Maxine and Cullen Williams of Bradley, West Virginia and Evelyn and Bill Knight of Joppa, Maryland; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Wednesday, July 7 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Jack Hackworth. Burial will follow in Caesarea Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Cook Road Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.
