Evelyn 'Pat' Myers, 77, of Mansfield, died Friday, October 26, 2007 after a brief illness. Pat was born November 11, 1929 in Akron to Fred and Hazel Moore. Pat was a wonderful, loving mother who devoted herself to the care of her family. She loved animals and working her daily crossword puzzle. She was creative, crocheting and preparing delicious homemade meals, including her special spaghetti sauce. Her children have wonderful memories of family vacations. They were blessed to have the best mom in the world.
Pat is survived by her children, John, Cindy and Tim Myers, all of Mansfield. Also surviving are her brother, Gilly Moore of Florida and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved infant daughter, Terri Lynn Myers. Her family is comforted by the fact that they have been reunited in Heaven.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m., Monday, October 29 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services conducted by Pastor Yogi Durbin will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
