Flora is survived by two sons, Ray (Gwen) Dingus of Butler, OH and Norm (Angie) Dingus of Mansfield, OH; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Powers of Kingsport, TN; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Norman Dingus; and five brothers.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Rd, officiated by Rev. Christopher Thomas. Friends may call on Thursday from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
