

Frederick E. King, 57, died Sunday morning November 14, 2004 at his home after a very long illness. Born April 4, 1947 in Mansfield, he was the son of James R. and Alice B. Ferris King. He retired from Ohio Brass and Mansfield Foundry after 36 years. His wife of 40 years, Linda Teeters King was by his side when he left this world. Mr. King was an avid Cleveland Browns and NASCAR Fan and also loved fishing and camping. He enjoyed his family more than anything. The time spent with them, making them laugh, making up stories and telling jokes was the highlight of his days.
He is survived by his daughters, Tammy Vulgamore and husband Jeff and their children, Kaitlyn and Jeffrey; Kimmy Rose and husband Carroll, and their children, Sarah and Ryan; one son, Frederick King, Jr. and wife Joann, and their children, Aaron, Cody, Karista and Derek D.J. King; one brother, James R. King of Mansfield; one sister, Frances Willet and husband James of Ashland; his mother-in-law, Margaret Whited; father-in-law, Freeman Teeters, Jr.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Sandy Teeters, Michael Teeters, Mark and Janet Whited, and Brenda Sampsel; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded by his parents and one sister, Shirley A. King Elliott
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday November 16, 2004 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday November 17 at the funeral home with Dr. Spencer Moore of The Father's Vineyard Church officiating. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
