Gene A. Brady, 65, of Mansfield, died Thursday morning April 25, 2002, at home following a brief illness. Mr. Brady was born December 22, 1936 in Wayland, Kentucky residing in the Mansfield area most of his life. Gene was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Surviving are his wife, Shirley Trammel Brady; two daughters and one son-in-law, Sebrena and Jim Dove of Illinois; and Rebecca Jarnowski of Mansfield; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Sharon Brady of Galion, Ohio; and Jerry and Barb Brady of Mansfield; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Joyce Ledyard and Hazel Brady both of Michigan; three brothers, David and Charles Brady both of Michigan; and Bobby Brady of Wisconsin; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Tennessee Brady; one son, Gene Lee Brady; and one grandson, Brian Gene Wiggins.
There will be no calling hours or funeral services held at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Private burial will be held in Mansfield Cemetery.
