George Bont O’Neill, 75, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, June 15, 2023. He was born in California on March 8, 1948 to the late John and Janet (Bont) O’Neill.

George attended San Rafael Military Academy and graduated from USF. He worked in sales for various companies. In his early years, George was competitive in tennis, skiing and trap shooting. He enjoyed golfing with friends, listening to music and watching western movies.

George is survived by his son, Kevin O’Neill and many extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Holly (Nelson) O’Neill and his son, Michael C. O’Neill.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St.
