Ha'Santa Kashmir Moore, beloved son, grandson, brother, and bright light to all who knew him, passed away on April 22, 2025. Born on March 3, 2025, in Mansfield, Ha’Santa’s time with us was brief but filled with immeasurable love, joy, and tenderness.
Though only with us for a short while, Ha’Santa made a lasting impression. He had the most beautiful, full eyes that seemed to hold the wisdom of the universe and the innocence of pure love. A calm and sweet baby, Ha’Santa brought peace and warmth into every room—though he had his moments of loud expression, they only added to his unique and cherished personality.
Ha’Santa’s loving bond with his family was profound. He would gently grab his mother’s finger, a quiet and powerful gesture of reassurance and connection, as if to say, “I know you’re here.” His smile—so big, so pure—lit up the faces and hearts of his parents, Hasaan and Shanta Moore, who will forever hold his memory close.
He is deeply mourned and lovingly remembered by his siblings, Kash and Haniya Moore; paternal grandparents, Wishanskey and Virginia Moore; maternal grandparents, Shandrika Autrey and Deonta Moore; paternal great-grandparents James (Annie) Hardaway and Willie (Grace) Moore; maternal great-grandparents, Clint and Kim Green, as well as Jake Harris and Mary Moore; and a wide circle of extended family who were touched by his presence.
Friends and family may gather for visitation on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM. A graveside service to honor Ha’Santa's life will follow at 2:00 PM at Mansfield Cemetery.
