James D. 'Bo' Meyers, 57, of Mansfield, died Sunday, January 14, 2007, at his home. Born August 11, 1949, in Dayton, he was the son of Joseph and Nora King Meyers. Bo was previously employed at Mendelson's Electronic Parts.
He is survived by a half-sister, Joyce Cundiff of Dayton; three sisters, Shirley Naylor and Jackie O'Reilly, both of Franklin and Kathy S. Spitler of Blanchester; two brothers, Ed Meyers of Beaver Creek and Jerry Meyers; special friend, Betty Cobb of Mansfield; her children whom he treated as his own, Scott Cobb and Misty Williams, both of Mansfield; and many other special friends in Mansfield. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Joanne Wells.
Graveside services will be held Friday, January 19, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. at Mansfield Cemetery with Pastor Robert O'Brian officiating. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
