James Michael Strench

Mike grew up in Oxnard, California. He traveled the country on contract with the Military, and then came to work in Mansfield for P.R. Machine Works where he worked for 17 years. Mike loved working but his main priority in life was spending time with his family. He was a good friend, and he had many lifelong friends including his high school classmates.

Mike is survived by his two daughters, Kealeilani Marie Strench of California, and Amanda Michelle Martin (C.J. Neal) of Columbus; two grandsons, Andre and Kaiden Neal, both of Columbus; one sister, Julia (Jim) Herbison of Washington; one brother, Donald (Lisa) Strench Jr. of Washington; many nieces and nephews; and life long friends, Mark and Zoi Romanchuk of Mansfield, and Dan and Annie Almarez of California.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Christine D. Strench, whom passed away on January 11, 2011; and one daughter, Heather Christine Strench, whom passed away on June 6, 1992.

Private services will be held at a later date. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family.
