Jamie Dawn Voetsch

Jamie Dawn Voetsch, age 66, of Mansfield, passed away Saturday afternoon, July 27, 2024, at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. She was born November 29, 1957, in Crestline, Ohio, to Johnny Frakes and Dolores (Harrod) Faber.

One of Jamie’s joys in life was loving her children and adoring her grandchildren. One of her fondest memories was teaching her grandchildren how to swim. She was a waitress at Reindeer Grill for several years. Jamie enjoyed yard work, playing Candy Crush and watching any law enforcement television shows. She was a huge supporter of law enforcement and firefighters. She lived a simple, quiet life.

She is survived by her mother, Dolores Faber; four children, Jaysen Frakes, Nathan Spring, Stephenie Voetsch and Cory Voetsch; eight grandchildren, Jillian, Vanessa, Torrey, Brayden, Cory, Brooklyn, Addy and Chloe; two great-grandsons, Waylon and Atlas; a sister, Shelley; and close friends, Lisa (Ralph) Powell and Lisa Brick.

Jamie was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Frakes; stepfather, Al; brother, Timmy; grandson, Eric; aunt, Margot; and cousin, Beate.
