Jay A. Hill, 59, of 200 Gleason Ave. Akron, Ohio died September 14, 2000 following an extended illness. Mr. Hill was born April 29, 1941 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Surviving are his mother, Mayme Evelyn Hill of St. Petersburg, Florida; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Gary and Luba Hill and Terry Hill all of Akron, Ohio; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Telford Hill and one sister, Joyce Severance.
There will be no calling hours or funeral services held at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors.
