Jeffrey Fogt

Jeffrey L. Fogt, 50, of Mansfield, died Tuesday, December 27, 2005, at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital following a brief illness. He was born October 31, 1955 in Sidney, Ohio the son of Ronald and Marilyn Malone Fogt and had resided in the Mansfield area the past three years. He was employed as the Human Resource Director for the City of Mansfield.

Surviving are his wife, Pamela Grigsby Johnston-Fogt; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Tim and Abby Fogt of Nelsonville, Ohio and Dave and Melissa Fogt of Springfield, Ohio; one sister, Kimberly Fogt of Piqua, Ohio; nephews, Dustin and Derric Fogt, Zack and Josh Fogt; nieces Katlin and Alexa Fogt; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Also surviving are two step sons, Shane Hunt and his wife Tonia of Troy, Ohio and Jason Johnston and his fiancé Heather Hoop of Troy, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Friends may call from 6:00-7:30 p.m. Monday, January 2, 2006 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors where memorial funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. with Rev. Rich Rader officiating. An additional memorial service will be held in his hometown community at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
