

Jeff was a graduate of Hillsdale High School and had previously worked at Design Metal Products in the Quality Control Division. A creative, artistic, multi-talented man, he was musically gifted, and possessed a beautiful voice. Jeff enjoyed creating beautiful lamps out of popsicle sticks. He played keyboards and sang with various rock bands, including the band, “King”, with his brother, Greg. Jeff will always be remembered for his loving and caring ways, especially to his daughter and family.
He is survived by a daughter, Keri King of Mansfield; twin brother, Greg King of Ashland; brother, Jim King of Indianapolis, IN; three sisters, Sandy (Tim) McMillen of Dearborn, MI, Carol (Craig) Jackman of Columbus and Mary Anne King of Pittsburgh, PA; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other close relatives.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Kroc Center, Salvation Army, 527 E. Liberty St., Ashland, Ohio. A reception will follow the service from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield, OH 44902.
