Jerry Foncannon

Jerry Allen Foncannon, 58, of 1058 N. Stewart Road, Mansfield, died Tuesday, July 25, 2000 at MedCentral Mansfield after an extended illness. He was born June 21, 1942 in Mansfield, to Myron Foncannon & Eleanor Pope Heinberger. Mr. Foncannon was a truck driver for Beemiller Distributing of Mansfield. He is survived by his wife, Janet Dunham Foncannon; two daughters and a son-in-law, Lisa James of Mansfield, OH and Susan & Randy Felter of West Jordan, Utah; five grandchildren, Brandon & Jessica James of Mansfield, OH, Amanda White, Kyle Felter, and Tasha Peterson all of West Jordan, Utah; two great-grandchildren, Chance & Sierra Peterson of West Jordan, Utah; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Kathy Steagall of Mansfield, OH and Sherry & David Thompson of Riverton, Utah; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Jack Foncannon of West Jordan, Utah, Don Heinberger of Magna, Utah, and Terry & Kim Foncannon of Mansfield, OH; a father-in-law & mother-in-law, Howard & Jane Dunham of Lexington, OH; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Foncannon is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Keith Allen in 1985; a granddaughter, Angela James in 1991; two brothers, Gene in 1977 and Myron LeRoy in 1954; his maternal grandparents, Roy & Naomi Pope; and a special aunt, Irene 'Dee' Boyles.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Friday, July 28, 2000 from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Services will be held Saturday, July 29, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home conducted by Rev. Timothy Storms chaplain at MedCentral Mansfield. Burial will be held at Mansfield Cemetery.
