

JP graduated with the class of 1973 from Richwood High School in West Virginia, and went to work for Carter Machine in Galion, Ohio for 30 years. JP was a member of the NRA. His hobbies included ramp digging in West Virginia, dirt bike riding and motorcycling, camping, hunting, fishing and metal detecting. JP also enjoyed doing woodworking; making shelves and crafts for others.
JP is survived by his wife, Nancy (Pamer) Little, whom he married on November 29, 1975; his brothers, Mike (Vickie) Little, and Bobby (Jenny) Osborne; his aunt, Phyllis Legg; brothers-in-law, Roger Pamer, Bill Pamer, and Don (Donna) Pamer; sister-in-law, Linda (Bill) Patten; seven nieces and five nephews; his parrot, Boo; and many dear friends.
JP was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara "Bobbie" Parsons Osborne; grandmother, Thelma "Granny" Parsons; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Adam and Eleanor Pamer; and his beloved dogs, Rocky, Zeb, Kasey, and his black lab, Gracie who passed on July 13th of this year.
The family would like to thank Hospice of North Central Ohio for the compassion and care, they were our "Angels".
The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio or their local Humane Society.
