Joe enjoyed working on cars and was a mechanic at heart. He was often heard joking, "If I can't fix it, it ain't broke."
Joe is survived by his fiancée of four years Michele Chandler, and leaves behind four children; sons, Joseph Tuttle and Matthew Dale both of Shelby, Ohio; daughter, Kimberly Crigger of New London, Ohio; and daughter, Alyssa Dale of Shelby, Ohio; two grandsons and a granddaughter on the way; sister, Deana Corpe of Ravenna, Ohio; two brothers, Scott Dale of Fremont, Ohio and Henry Dale of Columbus, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews. Joe was loved by so many and will be missed by all that knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Messiah's House of Prayer, Shiloh, Ohio.
