

Josh was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He loved to arrowhead hunt, spent countless hours walking fields and enjoying the outdoors. He loved wrestling and football and was an amazing athlete. Most of all, Josh loved spending time with his family. He cherished every moment he had with his parents, brother & sister and all his nieces and nephews. He was a loyal friend with a huge heart and compassion for people that was beyond compare. Doing things for others was what he loved most. He loved to laugh and his personality was infectious.
Josh is survived by a son, Gage Barker; his parents, Randal and Brenda (Workman) Barker; a brother, Jeremy (Kristi White) Barker; a sister, Jessica Barker; and 4 nephews and 2 nieces, Haley Barker, Owen Barker, Gavin Barker, Mason Ringler, Tyson Ringler, and Mallory Ringler.
He was proceeded in death by his maternal grandparents, Glenn Workman and Gladys; paternal grandparents, Charles and Ruby Barker; and an uncle; Acie Workman.
Family and friends may visit from 5:00-8:00 pm on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington Springmill Road. Pastor Larry Hill Jr. will officiate the funeral service on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the funeral home. Josh will be laid to rest at Mansfield Memorial Park. A passion of Josh's was football and wrestling, so please make memorial contributions to the Crestview Athletic Boosters to help with these programs.
