Juanita E. Hoffman, 85, of Mansfield died early Tuesday morning, December 31, 2002 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital following an extended illness. Mrs. Hoffman was born August 12, 1917 in Bellville, Ohio to Frank and Edith Grice Wells. Juanita lived in the area most of her life.
She is survived by a daughter, Vivian Mynhier; a grandson, Carl and his wife, Emily Mynhier of Mt. Gilead, Ohio; a granddaughter, Donna Penaso of Florida; five great-grandchildren, Tiffany, Freddie, Michael, Adrianne, and Lydia; a brother, Jason Wells of California; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Thelma and Leo Richter of Lexington and Joanne and Loring Cooper of Danville, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard 'Blair' Hoffman; parents, Frank and Edith Wells; and brother, Raymond Wells.
Graveside services will be held, Tuesday, January 7 at 1:00 p.m. at Bellville Cemetery. Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
