Karen S. Barretta, 46 of 402 Central Ave. died January 24, 2000 at MedCentral Mansfield following an extended illness. Ms. Barretta was born January 31, 1953 in Mansfield being a life long resident. She was a member of Peoples Baptist Church.
Surviving are her mother, Beulah Murphy of Mansfield; two sons and daughters-in-law, Antonio & Sheilia Barretta of Mansfield; and Michael& Kelli Barretta of Mansfield; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Annie & David McQuate of Mansfield; and Patricia & Timothy Speelman of Canton, Ohio; two half brothers, Joe Meadors of Kentucky; and Ted Meadors of Michigan; three grandchildren, Gage- Kyle, Travis and Angeleyea; and six nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Murphy.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors one hour prior to graveside services which will be held at Mansfield Memorial Park at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday January 27, 2000 conducted by Art Conklin.
