Karl James 'Tuff' Myers, 60, of Butler, Kentucky died unexpectedly Wednesday October 3, 2001 at St. Luke's Hospital in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Mr. Myers was born April 16, 1941 in Mansfield and attended Mansfield City Schools. He was a veteran of the United States Marines serving in the Philippines from October 1959 to October 1963.
Surviving are one son, Matthew T. Myers; one daughter, Cheryl E. Myers; and one grandchild, Nicole E. Myers all of Mansfield; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Lenora Mae and Terry Adams of Bellevue; and Carolyn A. Edmonds and Monna M. and Fred Cooper all of Mansfield; three brothers, George A. Myers Jr. of Texas; Donald C. Myers of Mansfield; and Robert L. Myers of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and several nieces and nephews. His parents, George A. and Charlotte E. Myers, and one nephew, Gerald L. Horner, preceded him in death.
There will be no calling hours or funeral services held at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family.
