Kathryn Thompson

Kathryn Binion Caudell Thompson, 69, of 1085 Lenox Ave. died Wednesday December 19, 2001 at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus following an extended illness. Mrs. Thompson was born August 24, 1932 in Grahn, Kentucky residing in the Mansfield area most of her life. She was a loving mother and homemaker and enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren.

Surviving are three daughters, Kristina L. Erwin and her friend, Larry Coomer; Karen Duncan and Kathrine Morton all of Mansfield; three sons and daughters-in-law, William and Becky Caudell of Mansfield; Sid and Glenda Caudell of Ontario; and Doug Caudell and his friend, Penny Hunt of Mansfield; nineteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; her loving companion of 28 years, Keith Damron; four sisters, Jean of Mansfield; Wanda of W. Virginia; and Ruth and Susie of Buckeye Lake, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arvel and Alma Kiser Binion; two brothers, Benny and Rick Binion; three grandchildren; and her stepmother, Madeline Binion.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Thursday December 20, 2001 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday December 21, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home conducted by the Pastor Nathan Rhodes. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
