Keith Kemper

Keith K. Kemper, age 61, of 1661 Park Avenue East, died March 19, 2000 after an extended illness.  Mr. Kemper was born December 9, 1938 in West Virginia and has resided in the Mansfield area most of his life.  He was Owner/Operator of Kemper Plumbing & Heating and was a member of First English Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, Mary Kemper of Mansfield; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Keith K. Kemper, Jr. and Kent and Richelle Kemper, both of Mansfield; one daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Tim Minard of Mansfield; four grandchildren, Jake, Sydney and Kyler Minard, and Allie Kemper; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Sallie and Norman Polkinghorn of Florida, Ruth and Robert Lee of Mansfield, Camilee Kemper of Mansfield, Irene and Fred Sweeney of Pickerington, OH and Lynn and Lee Hoeflich of Batavia, OH; one sister-in-law, Naomi Kemper of Mansfield.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett O. and Della Dilley Kemper; three brothers,  Orville, Kenneth, and Floyd Kemper; two sisters, Jewel Valentine and Naomi Kilgore. Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Wednesday, March 22, 2000 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.  Funeral services will be held at First English Lutheran Church on Thursday, March 23rd at 10:30 a.m. conducted by Rev. Paul Larson.  Burial will be at Lantz Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to Arthritis Foundation.
