Leah McGinty

Jean was born in Fredricktown, in January 7, 1928, and spent a lifetime in the Mansfield area. She was a member of Woodville Grace Brethren Church.

Surviving family members include her husband, Ernest C. McGinty, son John Dana McGinty and step-daughter, Carol L. McGinty and husband, Charles H. Au. Additional family members include two grandsons, Stephen and Edward and wife, Sandy Oney McGinty, great-grandson, Blake, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Florence Stockdale and step-father Glen Sheriff and father Homer Turner.

Friends may call Tuesday, June 18, 5-8 p.m. at Mansfield Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 South Diamond Street. The funeral service will be Wednesday, June 19, at 10:30 a.m., at Woodville Grace Brethren Church, with internment in the Bellville Cemetery. The Reverend Stephen Kern will conduct the services.
