Linda Tackett

Linda L. Tackett, 62, of Mansfield, died Tuesday, April 25, 2006, at home. Born June 16, 1943, in Montcoal, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Willie and Lillian Keeton Webb. Linda loved the Lord Jesus and loved to sing gospel music.

She is survived by a son, Kenny Tackett of Mansfield; three daughters and a son-in-law, Gloria and Jeff Davis, Vicky Blevins and Nancy Loveland, all of Mansfield; nine grandchildren, Linda, Kelly, Dianna, Sarah, Amy, Rebekah, Michelle, Stephanie and Jayson; one great-grandson, Davone; sister and brother-in-law, Marcella and Arnold Barnett of Mansfield, who lovingly cared for Linda during her illness; six brothers and five sisters-in-law, Walter and Donna Webb, Lonnie and Rita Webb, Bennie and Johnnie Sue Webb, Donnie and Tiawatha Webb, Randy Webb, and Larry and Nioka Webb, all of Kentucky; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 25 years, Ted E. Tackett, brothers, Leroy and Billy Joe Webb, and infant brother and sister, George Anderson Webb and Patricia Ann Webb.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 28, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio.
