
Lloyd G. Keeton, 76, of Shelby died Monday, March 17, 2003 at his home. Mr. Keeton was born November 11, 1926 in Olive Hill, Kentucky to the late Ethraim and Minerval Smith Keeton and was an area resident most of his life. Lloyd retired from Ohio Brass Company where he worked in the foundry.
He is survived by a son, Gail Keeton of Shelby; six grandchildren, Robert, Jerry, Tasha, Becky, George, and Shanna; nine great-grandchildren, Drew, Chesney, Jerry, Jerrett, Norrisa, Kailynn, Lloyd, Jr., Austin and Jonathan; brother, Torsie Keeton of Olive Hill, Kentucky; sister, Ruth Burchett of Ontario; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby; son, George Keeton; parents, Ethraim and Minerval Keeton; sister, Earline Dughman; three half-sisters, Dorothy, Lillian and Goldie; and a half-brother, Herbert.
Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Thursday, March 20 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services, conducted by Pastor Wayne Castle will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family.
