Loren graduated with the Class of 1962 from Madison High School. Following high school, he honorably served his county as soldier in the US Army, stationed in Germany. Loren went on to work as a truck driver for Duff Truck Lines. He took pride in his work and enjoyed the experiences and adventures that came with life on the road.
A motorcycle enthusiast, Loren loved motorcycles and spent many of his younger years racing them. He also enjoyed hunting and was an avid trap shooter. When winter arrived, he enjoyed spending the colder months in Florida with his wife
Some of Loren’s greatest joys came from the simple comforts of home and the time he spent with those he loved. His cats, Ms. Buster and Tootsie, held a special place in his heart. Above all, he treasured the time spent with his grandchildren, creating memories that will be cherished for years to come.
Loren will be remembered for his love of motorcycles, his many interests and hobbies, and, most importantly, the love he shared with his family. He leaves behind fond memories that will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
His memory will be cherished, and he will be deeply missed by all who held him dear.
He leaves behind his wife, DiAnn Lee; his children, Brian (Sarah) Lee and Jeffrey (Stacy) Lee; his grandchildren, Tawni (Michael) Klupp, Kaitlynn (Logan) Little, Alyvia Lee, Eric (Katie Schull) Lee, and Bryce (Lindsey Them) Lee; four great-grandchildren and one on the way; and his sister-in-law, Joyce Eaton. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Renee Dyess.
