

Mabel M. Bosh, 95, of Mansfield, died November 21, 2004, at Bennington Glen in Marengo. She went home to the Lord Sunday afternoon. She was born September 19, 1909, in Marion to Charles Arthur and Mary Callie Price. Mabel was a graduate of Marion High School in 1929. On December 25, 1928, she married Glenn Bosh and they moved to the Mansfield area in 1933. She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ and enjoyed many hobbies including bingo, sewing, quilting, church functions, travel and family gatherings.
She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Laura Bosh of Defiance; two grandchildren, Dawn Bosh of Santa Fe, New Mexico and Kevin Bosh of Auburn, Indiana; a sister, Violet Metz of Marion; numerous nieces and nephews; and many loving family members. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Glenn Bosh, their only son, Jack Bosh, parents, and three brothers, James, Clarence and Ora Melvin Price. Special thanks to her long time neighbors and special friends, Don and Penny Kasper, the caregivers from Bennington Glen Nursing Care and her special caregiver, her great-great niece, Briana Stright.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Friday, November 26 from 4-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, conducted by Rev. Lon McSherley. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's United Church of Christ or the American Cancer Society or to a charity of the donor's choice.
