

Madi was a 1989 graduate of Madison High School and a graduate of MedCentral School of Nursing. She worked as a psychiatric nurse throughout the area with the Visiting Nurses Association and also met with people who were going through difficult times and needed someone to talk to. Madi would also travel and educate families stricken with family members who had Alzheimer's. She enjoyed her job tremendously and was always trying to help others. A very social person, she loved having a good time with her family and friends.
She is survived by a son, Anthony Patrick Stevens; a granddaughter, Elly Lou Rose Stevens; her mother and step father, Evelyn and Al Rabquer; a brother, Michael (Cari) Davis; nieces, Layne and Lyvia Davis; her father, Jay (Bonnie) Teitelbaum; uncle, Richard Soldinger; special friend, Bryan Morehead; and many other wonderful friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Margot and Marcel Soldinger.
Memorial services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road, Ontario. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
