

Margaret Ann Miller, age 62, of Mansfield, died Saturday evening, July 3, 2004 at home. She passed away after a valiant battle with cancer. Margaret was born November 27, 1941 to John and Helen Adams Williams in Mansfield and was raised in Lexington, Ohio. She graduated from Lexington High School and attended Ashland College, pursuing a teaching career. She married Jerald Miller, her spouse of 43 years, in January 1961 and together they raised four children. Margaret was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother who was always thinking of others with generosity and kindness. She had been involved in P.T.A., was a Boy Scouts Den Mother and writing and illustrating children's stories. She enjoyed bicycling, fishing, being involved in politics and was a licensed amateur radio operator.
She is survived by her husband, Jerald Miller; four children, Edward Miller, Daniel Miller, Laura Baker and Phillip Miller; six grandchildren; and three sisters, Mary Wolfel, Rosalie Shotts, and Janet Owens. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John R. Williams.
