

Margaret 'Helen ' Loch Weber, 83, died Tuesday, April 27, 2004 at Mifflin Care Center after a brief illness. She was born February 8, 1921 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late George and Margaret Roerich Loch. Helen was a homemaker living in Mansfield all her life. She was a member of the First Church of the Brethren, and Madison AARP. She enjoyed volunteering at the Richland County Fairgrounds, Good Sam's camping, being with her family and friends, and especially laughter.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-laws, Don and Shirley Weber of Mansfield and Bob and Deb Weber of Ashland; two daughters and sons-in-laws, Janice and Frank Edwards and Judy and Pete Bogner both of Mansfield; five brothers and sisters-in-laws, George and Betty Loch, Bill and Betty Loch both of Florida, Joe Loch of Galion, Ray and Janet Loch, and John Loch both of Mansfield; three sisters, Marie Waleri of California, Carol Loch of Arizona and Doris Prince of Mansfield; eight grandchildren, Don and Rachel Weber, Pam and Terry Bailey, Kathy and Fred Galco, Cheryl Rose, Carol Davis, Michele and Mel Barber, Tammi and Walt Shifflet and Karri and Ryan Ohl; two step-grandchildren, David Bogner and Jeff and Carolynn Bogner; fifteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Elmer; son, Larry Weber; grandson, Michael D. Weber; a great-grandson, Michael R. Weber and son-in-law, John Davis.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Thursday, April 29th from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. conducted by Pastor Linda Lewis. Burial will follow in Mansfield at Lantz Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
