
Marian F. Chambers, 75, of Perrysville, died Monday, July 28, 2008 at her home. Born November 12, 1932 in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Ralph and Alberta Amsbaugh Amsbaugh. Marian graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in 1950. She was a member of Mansfield Baptist Temple and president of H.A. Chambers Construction. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she was an avid reader of non-fiction books.
She is survived by her husband, Harold A. Chambers, Sr.; sons, Harold A. Chambers, Jr. of Donna, Texas, Thomas W. Heidi Chambers of Mansfield, and Rick Jenny Chambers of Sumter, South Carolina; daughters, Vicki Jerry Swope of Pittsburgh, California, and Kelly Philip Bailey of Franklin, Indiana; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Jim Amsbaugh of Rockford, Illinois, Art Janet Amsbaugh of Mansfield, and Bill Rosetta Amsbaugh of Wheeling, West Virginia; sisters, Linda Don Blackburn of Sunbury, and Dianna Joe Parsons of Heath; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Tom and Ramon Amsbaugh; and sister, Katherine Coulter.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at the Mansfield Baptist Temple in the Fellowship Hall, 752 N. Stewart Rd., Mansfield. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 31, 2008 at the Mansfield Baptist Temple in the Main Auditorium conducted by Dr. Dale V. Adkins. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
