Marilyn Meister

Marilyn L. McGregor Meister, 69, formerly of 1557 E. McElroy Road, residing in Flordia, died Wednesday morning May 24, 2000 at Lexington Court Care Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Meister was born February 20, 1931 in Mansfield, Ohio living in the area all of her life. She was a former employee of Therm-o-Disc and a member of Amvets Auxiliary, VFW Auxiliary, and AARP.

She is survived by her husband, Walter Meister; three sons and daughters-in-law, Dean W. & Pat Meister and Randy & Debbie Meister, all of Mansfield, and Mark & Kimberly Meister of Shelby; one daughter, Pamela Jo Meister of Mansfield; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Lewis & Agnes McGregor, Leonard & Helen McGregor and Jerry McGregor, all of Mansfield; one sister and brother-in-law, Delores & Harold Kunkel of Mansfield; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Randolph & Lettie Frontz McGregor.

Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Saturday, May 27, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. conducted by Rev. Dr. C. Wray Smith. Burial will be at Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
