Marilyn Rush

She was an executive secretary in the banking industry and was a member of St. Timothy's Lutheran Church, the Red Hat Society and the Moose Lodge. She enjoyed square dancing, line dancing and horses but her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family.

She is survived by a son, Terry L. (Mary L.) Rush of Bonita Springs, Florida; grandchildren, Missy J. Surber of Mansfield, Roy J. (Karla) Rush of Marion, Melanie J. Scaggs of Mansfield, Justin L. (Alicia) Rush of Mansfield and Megan L. Rush of Mansfield; great grandchildren, Brittany, Kyle, Taylor, Kaylee, Sidney, Shelbey, Allena and Isabel; a brother, Robert (Bernice) Baker; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy L. Rush in 1985; a son, Jeffrey A. Rush in 1997; an infant sister, Joyce Baker; and a half brother, Jack Baker.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield conducted by Chaplain Dan Crouse. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Funk, Ohio. Friends may call one hour prior to the service, from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
