Martha Wentz

Martha A. Wentz, age 81, of Mansfield, died early Friday August 3, 2007 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Mrs. Wentz was born December 3, 1925 in Mansfield, Ohio living in the Mansfield area all of her life. She retired in 1983 from Mansfield General Hospital as a registered nurse in surgery. Mrs. Wentz was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, American Legion Auxiliary and Sons of Herman Daughters. She was an Alumni of Mt. Carmel School of Nursing.

Surviving are her husband, Paul Wentz; three sons, Thomas Wentz of Columbus, Kenneth Wentz of Dayton and Fredrick Wentz & Neuran Chau of New Orleans; two daughters and sons-in-law, Carol & Angelo Randaci of Florida and Linda & Mike Wise of California; three grandchildren, Kai Donahue, Christena Wentz, Andrea' Randaci; a sister, Rita Blubaugh of Mansfield; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry & Rose Kaiser Denig; two brothers, Paul & Joe Denig and two sisters, Elizabeth Kaup and Mary Worley. Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Monday August 6, 2007 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. A vigil services will be held Monday August 6, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church Tuesday August 7, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. conducted by the church. Burial will follow at Mansfield Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Msgr. Edward C. Dunn Foundation for Education.
