Michael "Mick" O'Donnell, 60, of Mansfield died September 19, 2014. Born March 18, 1954 in Cleveland, he was the son of John "Jack" and Rebecca (Atchley) O'Donnell. Mick attended St. Peter's and Mansfield Senior High School and graduated in 1972. He worked as a manufacturer's representative for 30 years. A fun guy with a great sense of humor, Mick liked to read. He also enjoyed sailing and spending time on Lake Erie, but in recent years, his true love was golf.
Surviving are his wife, Melinda O'Donnell, whom he married December 3, 1982; sisters, Patricia (David) Kitzler, Mary (Tom) Howell, and Kelly Fellure; brothers, John, Terry, Denny, and Tim O'Donnell; sister-in-law, Patricia (Chris) Fisher; brothers-in-law, Kennon (Vicki) Osbun and Evan (Laurie) Osbun; thirteen nieces and nephews; several great nieces and great nephews; and his dog, Layla.
Mick was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family of Michael O'Donnell.
