Nadine Knipp

A homemaker, she dearly loved her family and was usually overprotective of them and never forgot to send a card for a special occasion. She truly enjoyed being a grandma and great grandma and was not afraid to speak her mind about anything. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and traveling around town with her daughter ~ even if it was just to run errands.

She is survived by her daughter, Rita (Dalton) Paxson; grandchildren, Prezlie Paxson (Stevie Comisford) and Dalton Paxson III (Tiffani Branham); great grandchildren, Westyn and Cayne Comisford; a sister, Odessa C. "Ruth" (Billy R.) Oquin; and brothers, Gerald Thomas, Willard (Lillian) Thomas and Wallace (Loraine) Thomas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Knipp and a sister, Phyllistene Rasnake.

There will be no calling hours or services.
