Norma Meyer

Norma Jean Meyer, 65, of Mansfield, died early Wednesday morning, February 20, 2008 at her home. Born September 11, 1942 in Mansfield, she was the daughter of George and Mary Beka Kuelling. An area homemaker her entire life, Norma Jean enjoyed crocheting, fishing, spending time with her family and attending her grandchildren's sporting events. She was a member of the Sons of Herman.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, John Meyer; three children, David Doris Meyer of Oak Harbor, Marjorie Thomas Belcher and Wally Tandy Meyer, all of Mansfield; six grandchildren, Jonathan and Kevin Meyer of Oak Harbor, Matthew and Thomas Belcher, Andrew and Adam Meyer, all of Mansfield; a great-grandson, Christian Meyer of Oak Harbor; and an aunt, Pauline Beka of Mansfield. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Georgeann Kurtz and Ilene Bickers.

Funeral services will be Friday, February 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors with Pastor Dawn Donato officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
