Norma Jean Owens

Norma Jean Owens, 88, of Crestline passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018. She was born on April 7, 1930 in Lost Creek, West Virginia, and was the daughter of Cecil and Mildred (Voshell) Weekley.
Surviving are a daughter, Rochelle Wilfong-King of Crestline; son, Mark (Mikki) Owens of Phoenix, Arizona; grandchildren, Scott Wilfong Jr. of Las Vegas, Stephanie (Brandon) McCunn, Skylar King both of Crestline, and Jenna Owens of Phoenix, Arizona; her favorite "Rug Rats", Derek, Camden and Ethan McCunn; a brother; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Preceding her in death were her parents; three brothers; and a sister.
The family will host a graveside service at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 6, 2018 at Mansfield Memorial Park. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the Owens family.
