Pamela Irene Cole

Pamela was born on August 11, 1956 in Memphis, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Marion and Norma (Ellis) Grooms. Pamela loved her family and her life very much was centered around them. She retired from the hospitality business, working at area hotels over the years with her last one being Holiday Inn where she was the manager. Pamela enjoyed gardening and sharing her talent of cooking with her family and others.

She is survived by her children, Arlana “Beaner” Cole and Drew Cole; her grandchildren, Opal Conley, Joseph Strickland, Emilliey Cole, Daniel Cole, Braylen Simmering, and Reagan Cole; a great-grandchild, River; her brothers, Larry and Russell Grooms; her sister, Erica (Richard) Massey; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her late husband, Raymond D. Cole.

There will be no services observed. Pamela will be laid to rest in Mansfield Memorial Park. Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield is honored to serve the Cole family.
